Home Lab Tests & Radiology Booking Application
By using this Application or completing any booking through it, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Nature of the Service

  • The Application provides an electronic platform for booking home-based laboratory tests and radiology services.

  • The Application acts solely as a technical intermediary between the client and licensed medical service providers.

  • The Application is not a medical facility and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • In case of medical emergencies, users must immediately contact local emergency services. The Application is not intended for emergency use.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must be at least 18 years old or use the Application under the supervision of a legal guardian.

  • The client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and booking.

  • The client is responsible for any incorrect or misleading information provided.

3. Booking and Appointments

  • All bookings are subject to the availability of the service provider.

  • The service provider may reschedule the appointment after coordinating with the client.

  • The client must provide a clear and accurate address to ensure service delivery.

  • If access to the address is not possible due to incorrect information, a visit fee may apply.

4. Payment Policy

  • Payment is made in cash upon service delivery at the client’s location.

  • The service price will be clearly displayed before booking confirmation.

  • The client is obligated to pay the full amount upon receiving the service.

  • In case of unjustified refusal to pay, the Application reserves the right to suspend the account or take appropriate action.

5. Cancellation or Modification

  • Bookings may be canceled or modified at least [Insert Number] hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

  • If cancellation occurs after the medical team has been dispatched, a transportation fee may apply.

  • If the client is unavailable at the scheduled time, a visit fee may be charged.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide a safe and suitable environment for service delivery.

  • Follow the instructions of the medical service provider during the procedure.

  • Consult a qualified physician regarding test results.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • All laboratory results and medical reports are issued by licensed medical service providers.

  • The Application shall not be held liable for:

    • The accuracy or outcome of laboratory or radiology results.

    • Medical diagnoses or treatment decisions.

    • Any complications resulting from pre-existing medical conditions.

  • The client is solely responsible for seeking professional medical advice regarding results.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal and health-related data are collected solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.

  • The Application does not sell or share user data with third parties, except licensed medical service providers necessary to fulfill the booking.

  • Clients have the right to request correction or deletion of their data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Misuse of the Application

The Application reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of:

  • Providing false or misleading information.

  • Inappropriate behavior toward medical staff.

  • Repeated unjustified cancellations.

  • Repeated refusal to pay.

10. Amendments

The Application reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published within the Application. Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
